My name is Shelby, I am 27 and specialize in Holistic Fitness and Nutrition, Run coaching, and Motorcycle Safety Instructing. I have over 10 years of experience in sports and athletics, with experience in multiple sports such as volleyball, equestrian sports, motocross, and running.
I have a background in injury rehabilitation, and conditions relating to pre and postpartum fitness as well.
