Hi! My name is Shanna & I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. My passion & purpose is to help people change their lives through physical movement & self-love. I gained an interest in fitness when I stopped playing high school soccer & I knew I needed a way to stay in shape. I started taking spin classes & fast forward 4 years later, I am now a spin instructor for Cyclebar. However, I knew I wanted to be stronger. I wanted to gain muscle & gain confidence. I began lifting and I found a love for shaping & forming my own body, and have gained so much confidence since. From seeing so much growth within myself, I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective way to increase muscle mass and strength.
