My name is Sergio and what I know is fitness!
Growing up I developed an interest in fitness at a very early age. I was always playing some sort of sport so creating that love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is what I adopted. I realized early on that honing in on your skills in and off the field was very necessary, little did I know that my desire for lifting weights and learning as much as I could would push me into the career. Now I want to help YOU become the best version of yourself. With my 15+ year background, which includes my personal training certifications and numerous mentors, together we will reach the goals that have been placed, together we will dial in your nutrition and together we will make our first steps into this fitness journey!
