Hi!! I am the Owner of Self Made Training Facility Las Vegas. My name is Jessica Gibbs. I first began my fitness journey about 6 years ago. I was ready for a change. I hired a personal trainer to help me stay motivated. After that, I quickly fell in love with the fitness lifestyle.

But I have always had a tough time staying consistent because I travel so much. After constantly running into that block, I decided to create my own simplified workouts. These were created to help keep moms in shape while keeping up with a busy life. These workouts that can be done any where with little to no equipment. I know I am not the only crazy busy, business owner, traveling, 40 something mom out there. Let's get you back on track.
