My name is Kenzie and I have been a personal trainer for almost 5 years now. Fitness has always played a role my entire life, but it wasn't until I was diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema that I realized how important it was to me.

During the worst of my flare ups, the gym was the only place that helped me feel strong, beautiful, and independent. That's when I decided to train even harder and fully commit to myself.

My goal as a coach that specializes in helping those with gym anxiety is to give you the same experience! I want the gym to be your place to feel strong, beautiful and independent!
