Brad Frank: Personal Trainer and Coach with a Passion for Transformation
My name is Brad Frank, and I have been dedicated to the world of sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. My journey began at the young age of five when I was introduced to the sport of wrestling. Over the past 48 years, I have competed, trained, and coached wrestling, gaining invaluable experience and understanding of the discipline and determination required to excel in this sport. This foundation laid the groundwork for my future endeavors, both as a coach and a personal trainer.
My passion for combat sports extended beyond wrestling when I joined the Arizona Boxing and MMA Commission. For 10 years, I had the privilege of refereeing and judging hundreds of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) events, gaining a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of the sport. This experience enriched my coaching perspective and allowed me to help fighters sharpen their skills and improve their performance. After a decade with the Commission, I transitioned to coaching local MMA fighters and found a new calling in personal training.
My own fitness journey has been marked by both challenges and triumphs. In my 30s, I found myself facing health issues and struggling with weight gain. Despite my extensive background in sports, I had let my fitness slip and was living with what many might call a “dad bod.” I knew something had to change. I rediscovered my passion for weightlifting and working out, and through consistent effort, I was able to reclaim my health and transform my body. This personal experience of overcoming obstacles and regaining my fitness fueled my desire to help others do the same.
I decided to turn my passion into my profession and became a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also hold certifications as a Level 1 and Level 2 Kettlebell Master Instructor through the Functional Exercise Organization (FEO). Currently, I am working towards becoming a Combat Conditioning Coach Specialist, a journey that reflects my commitment to lifelong learning and my drive to continuously improve my skills.
My coaching philosophy is centered around a personalized, client-focused approach. I believe that fitness should be accessible, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Whether it’s providing instruction on functional strength training, sports-specific weight training, weight loss strategies, posture correction, or targeted exercises for lower back or hip problems, my goal is to empower my clients to reach their full potential.
In addition to my general fitness programs, I offer a specialized workout designed to improve your golf game. This program focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, and core stability to help golfers of all levels play their best.
