Welcome! You made it to my page!

So let me tell you a little bit about myself.

Growing up underweight for my age, I fixed my solution through the science of exercise. I began fascinated with the beauty of fitness while making changes with the power of food and physical movements.

Through trial and error in the gym and many master coaches later, I found myself inspired to compete in the sport bodybuilding.

I was in competitive bodybuilding for 10 years, mastering the craft of gaining and losing weight through the strength of the mind.

With this passion I created a career in personal training out of it. Working 10+ years, servicing above 15,000 sessions and ranking 1 in the nation at Golds Gym.

With the reputation I built, I’ve had the privilege of working with celebrities, CEO’s, founders, athletes, artists, marines, influencers, models, managers and hundreds of people all ages.

Fast forward, I’ve built amazing relationships, transformations and am now the owner Self Made Training Facility Costa Mesa. A home for other trainers like myself making a change in people lives.

My goal is to make fitness fun and enjoyable while retaining the goal of what YOU want.

Fitness is a beautiful thing and necessity in our health.

I want you to not only look amazing, but FEEL AMAZING!

Everything I have any of my clients and athletes do I have gone through myself.

Starting a journey especially in our fitness can be intimidating but I promise you, if you’re hungry and willing to do the work, you will get what you want.
