Hello! My name is Alyssa. I assist women in achieving their goals of living a healthier lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, and self-development. Within the gym, we focus on strength training, functional training, and mobility training to ensure your body is always at its best. Along with training, we factor in gut health and nutrition to ensure that you are successful both in and out of the gym. I am confident in my ability to help you achieve your health goals; whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, diet improvement, or simply learning healthier habits. I have a B.S. in Health Sciences with a specialty in Human Nutrition and am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

I operate out of Self Made Training Facility in Hilliard, Ohio. SMTF is a private facility and we have taken the protocols very seriously to continue keeping each individual healthy and safe. The gym is non-membership and consists only of trainers and their clients.
