Hi, my names Sean, nice to meet you.

About myself and my credentials, I have a BSc degree in sports and exercise science (undergraduate level) and an MSc in Nutrition (masters level).

I believe my degrees allow me to stand out in such a saturated market, with 90% of personal trainers and coaches only having level 3 qualifications. My qualifications are equivalent to level 7.

I am also ANutr accredited, so I'm an official UK nutritionist.

I have just touching 2 years experience as a personal trainer, and I have my own private space where I can coach clients in person, alongside my online clients.

I have helped coached over 100 clients so far, and I would love to be part of your journey and would love to help take you to the next level, no matter what your goal is.
