Let’s start at the beginning… I have always been active and a busy body but usually had a hard time focusing when it came to some things. There are many endeavors that spark my interest and I tend to participate in all sorts of races. In the past, I have participated in mud runs, century rides, 5ks, half marathons, sprint triathlons, olympic triathlons and more. I competed a few years ago in my first NPC Bikini Division but life took over before I could compete again. Well… it’s time I put it all out there and MAKE time for what I want in life - I am now training for competition #2.
