I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy.
I have been a certified fitness coach through NASM since 2013 with 5 years of physical therapy experience in inpatient/outpatient settings. I provide quality, customized training for all my clients, focusing on health, wellness and injury prevention. In 2018, I acquired my TRX certification and with a lot of practice and dedication, I earned the status of a TRX Master Coach. I am always looking to expand my knowledge in the industry and stay current in the most recent research and findings.
