Rx Strength Training opened it's doors back in 2011 with the goal of coaching and educating clients of all types in the field of strength and conditioning, and we have since expanded to offer several types of fitness classes, sport-specific coaching, strength-sport travel teams, online coaching, and open gym hours for everyday athletes. We've found that our greatest success lies in the greatest level of variety that we can offer, as every individual will have a specific idea in regard to their ideal type of training. Since we have the space, the coaches, and the equipment, it's far better to share those resources with any and all demographics interested in fitness training, rather than a single specific format!
