10K Training Plan $40.00 You will be provided an 8-12 week training plan to get to your 10K race. • Depending on how many days you want to run there is anywhere from 3 to 5 days of running with the flexibility if you need extra rest days or prefer to cross train. • It is recommended that you have a base of 6 miles/week before starting this program. • This will incorporate one (1) longer run, and easy running. • The long runs will build up to 6 miles. Will finish with 3 days of rest before your race. We want you to get to the finish line injury free and having fun in your training! ***All sales are final for prepaid training plans. Custom Training Plan – Any Distance $175 Prepare for your “A race” with a tailored plan based on your current level of fitness and personal running goals. All athletes receive: • Initial 45 Minute phone/video call • 8-20 week training plan for a either the 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon • Incorporates training based on your current level and schedule • A Training Plan will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days after gathering information from the Athlete Questionnaire and our initial meeting. • This is the most basic online coaching option and best for more experienced runners looking to execute a custom plan for a goal race on their own. -After an initial fitness assessment and phone consultation, I will design a customized training plan for you with detailed goal paces, distance, duration and intensity and we will review over the phone. -This plan does not include ongoing coaching services or email support; communication is minimal. Full Marathon Training Plan $50.00 You will be provided a 12-18 week training plan to get to your Full marathon race. • Depending on how many days you want to run there is anywhere from 4 to 6 days of running with the flexibility if you need extra rest days or prefer to cross train. • It is recommended that you have a base of 25 miles/week before starting this program and have completed a 2 hour long run. • This will incorporate 2 (two) workouts a week (intervals/tempo runs), a long run, and easy running. • The long runs will build up to 20 miles with a 2 week taper to recover and be ready for your race. We want you to get to the finish line injury free and having fun in your training! ***All sales are final for prepaid training plans. BECCA’S “WALK 2 RUN” 8 WEEK TRAINING PLAN $40.00 This training plan is designed for those with minimal to no running experience that have a goal of running 1 mile! (Time will depend on pace – generally between 8 to 15 minutes) You will be provided with an 8-week training plan to accomplish your goal. There are 3 required workouts (runs) each week (you choose your days/time.) These will be intervals of walking and jogging with the flexibility to also cross train (strength train/circuits, spinning, yoga etc..) This is a great starting point for anyone! You will learn that staying consistent with running is how you build endurance to get better over time. Now let’s get that mile! ***All sales are final for prepaid training plans.
