These programs are 6 months long but individuals may take up to 12 to complete.
This is a 12 week program. There are 6 weeks to develop the skills/exercises taught and another 6 to practice the total program. You should perfect your use of the program in the 12 weeks following that. You should see significant changes in shoulder mobility, decreasing stiffness and pain while increasing range of motion and stabilization.

This program teaches the basics of functional mobility. Functional mobility is the balance of extensibility and stabilization of joints. As such, the program has mobility (ROM focused), stabilization (posture/core) and the mixture of the two. The workouts are 'on-demand' meaning you can access any workout at any level at any time depending on your level of mastery. Though, it is suggested that even people who are advanced start from the bottom and build up for this foundational program.
