The World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control recommends 150 minutes per week for adults to achieve and maintain a healthier life. The ReStart fitness program is a 4 week program, which encompasses three workout days Monday/Wednesday/Friday with weekends off - or - Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. **There should be a minimum of 48hrs between workouts**. Either workout schedule you choose meets the 150min. of physical activity recommended by the W.H.O and C.D.C. The most important part is to do it.
