About Rep Lab

My name is Anthony Lee, I'm the co-founder of Rep Lab Fitness located in Waterford Mi. I’ve been a dedicated trainer since 2015, but fitness has been part of my life since 2004. As a Type 1 diabetic, I’ve learned firsthand the power of discipline, balance, and how proper training and nutrition can completely change your life.

Before opening Rep Lab Fitness in 2021, I gained experience training at top gyms including Life Time, Powerhouse, and LA Fitness — learning what works, what doesn’t, and how to create a better, more personal approach to fitness coaching.

Today, Rep Lab Fitness is home to a full team — including Lindsey, who brings a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, is a Certified Trainer, a Women’s Health Specialist, and a mother of two. She leads our Project Momma Strong program, helping women stay strong and confident through pregnancy and postpartum.

Our mission is simple: to help you look, feel, and live your best — with expert guidance and real accountability.
