The concept for The RAVNFIT Method was inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci’s famous work, The Vitruvian Man. Da Vinci’s blend of mathematics and art revealed to the world the truth behind the ideal male physique, and its remarkable connection with the golden ratio. It confirms that a man’s level of physical attractiveness is directly tied to his waist-to-shoulder ratio, which is optimized at 1:1.6 (a.k.a. the golden ratio). In scientific literature, this mathematical observation in human males is referred to as the Adonis Index. After researching, studying, and applying a vast array of physical training modalities (body-building, CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, calisthenics, running, etc), I was able to craft my own methodology for developing a physique that is perfectly balanced in structure and function. The algorithm for achieving an impressive Adonis Index is already encoded deep within our cell-structures. We simply need to hack our own potential to harness its power. There are hundreds of fitness programs available online that can promise you ‘bigger muscles’. But few, if any, ever identify what is actually aesthetically-pleasing to the human eye. The cold-hard truth is that certain body parts do require more attention than others. It’s not enough to just ‘have muscle’ for the sake of ‘having muscle’. What we are truly after is a jaw-dropping, head-turning physique that is appreciated with or without any clothes on. I’ve amassed a great deal of knowledge over the last 18 years, working as a fitness professional and certified nutritionist in some of the top gyms in the world. Through my own rigorous investigations, trials and errors, I’ve been able to identify the prime characteristics needed to acquire a superhero-like physique, while also saving you years of disappointment and frustration.
