I'm a certified Online Personal Trainer, member of REP’s (Register of Exercise Professionals) based in the UK who specializes in body transformations. I help busy people all around the world achieve the results they have always wanted with sustainable and natural methods. I do this by creating bespoke training plans and offering nutritional advice based on the individual’s lifestyle and fitness goals, all whilst utilizing proven training methods and unlimited support. I also provide exclusive virtual video Personal training sessions.
I competed at a high level of gymnastics from a young age and in 1996 was Colombian National Champion. I then retired from competitive sport and worked as an Instructor and Coach whilst studying Sports at university.
I have a degree in Business Management and came to the UK in 2009 to complete an MBA in Marketing; I fell in love with the city, and I now call it home.
My biggest passion is to see how people feel and see a better version of themselves giving them the confidence and health to perform at their best on what the do and love.
My background in gymnastics has taught me discipline and to always strive for excellence which I carry forward to my work and all areas of my life.
My mission is to provide my clients with the highest quality Online & Virtual Personal Training service and transform their body in a sustainable and natural way.
