My journey began with personal health and weight challenges in my teenage years, which opened my eyes to the incredible impact of exercise, nutrition, and the marvels of the human body.
I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2018 with a degree in Kinesiology, and I hit the ground running by earning my NASM Certification right after. Since then, I've been dedicated to empowering others through fitness, leading dynamic group classes, personalized 1-on-1 training, and energizing partner sessions.
