For 30 years, Darryl has coached over 10,000 athletes, lawyers and business executives from over 100 countries on how to enhance performance and continuously improve results.

He has been designated a Master Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which makes him one of the top 0.1% trainers in the U.S. He holds specializations in Performance Enhancement, Group Fitness, and Fitness Nutrition.

In addition, Darryl has an MBA, has served as a Chief Marketing Officer at an international law firm, and is an inducted Fellow for both the College of Law Practice Management and American Lawyer Media.
