In 2016 I took a hard look in the mirror and realized I didn't like the person looking back. I began forming healthy habits, focusing on a time when I was happiest. I focused on what I was eating and began making it a commitment to make it to the gym first thing every day. After about 3 years and 100 pounds later, with my new found confidence, I took a part time front desk job at a gym and quickly fell in love with the environment.

6 years later, I operate my own private personal training studio out of my garage. I focus on building a consistent routine that you enjoy.
