Qaadir graduated from Rowan University and obtained his degree in Health & Exercise Science, specializing in Health Promotion/Fitness Management.

Through his experience at Rowan University, he started his career working in the recreation center. Upon graduating, he successful exhausted every opportunity in the fitness industry.

Seven years later, Qaadir worked for some major corporate companies such as Goldman Sachs, BD, Hoffman Le Roche and more. Currently, He is a fitness coach at NBC Universal. Although his passion lies in fitness, Qaadir is also an online business developer.
