This 6-week Arm Care Program includes 2 phases of progressive upper body, shoulder, scapular, and thoracic exercises aimed at improving upper body strength, stability, and mobility. These in turn can help decrease your risk of injury to the upper body as well as improve performance for overhead athletes and workers. The program will be completed 2 times per week. Equipment needed includes resistance bands, 1 light dumbbell, and a bench or exercise ball.
