Ashley Lauren Pittman is an ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and health promotion from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and a master’s degree in human performance and nutrition from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She is certified with NASM as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, and holds certifications in fascial/PNF stretching, (American Heart Association) Basic Life Support and Balanced Body Pilates reformer.

In her spare time, you will find Ashley taking a spin class, running, lifting weights, researching exercise science and nutrition, watching an old movie, going to Disney World or shopping at the mall. :)
