Custom Workout Plans: 1x per month - The body adapts, and I plan to keep your body constantly making progressive by creating a progressive overload plan! Custom Meal Plan: 2x per month so you don’t get bored of your diet. The diet plan I make is going to incorporate all of the foods you like. My job is to build you a diet plan that is easy to sustain. This diet shouldn’t feel like a diet! Access To My Personal Training App: This app allows use to track your progress, stay connected and it is directly linked with MyFitnessPal. This app also has tutorial videos that explain the form for each exercise that is that I schedule for you. It’s super helpful and will give you a way to make sure your preform the exercises correctly. 1-On-1 Check In: 2x per month with phone or FT - 1 on 1 to make sure you’re on track and making progress! 24 Hour Tech Support: You have access to me 24/7 and can ask me questions or voice concerns about your workout routine or diet.
