Our most popular training option! Same great quality and results as 1-on-1 training, just around other individuals looking to conquer their goals. While there are others, each individual's workouts are catered to their personal goals and abilities. Includes a copy of PrimeTime Nutrition Guide 2.0 and up to 4 training sessions per week, for a total of up to 16 sessions per month.*Unused sessions DO NOT rollover* Please be sure to contact before booking. This package requires that clients commit to a minimum of 3 months. The client will continue to be billed until cancelling. A 30 day cancellation notice is recommended when ready to cancel.

Happy Hour is SMALL GROUP TRAINING package that includes 3 sessions weekly. (Up to 6 clients per session with personalized training program for each individual). All clients are required to pay a monthly facility membership of $20, in addition to training fees (This will be set up during your first session).
This monthly program includes customized workouts, supplementation, cardio instructions, and weekly check-ins. The program will change according to your progress.

As a personal trainer with several years of experience, Clavon has worked with all fitness levels, from NFL athletes to beginners as young as middle school. He understands the importance of staying strong and well conditioned, as he incorporates a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training in his programming.
