Who Is This For & What Does CSP Consist Of? CSP is for both the general hobbyist and the competitive combat athlete looking to gain a physical edge over their opponent. CSP consists of four training days per week, which can be completed at your own discretion, fitting around your combat sports schedule. The program can be run all year round, even through fight camp. You will get access to world-class programming and an online community of like-minded individuals who want to improve their physical capacity for life and sport.
