My athletic foundation was built as a multifaceted competitor in AAA hockey, AAA baseball, and high school football. This deep-rooted passion for athletics drove me to transition from corporate life to pursue my ISSA Personal Training certification, specializing in Strength Training & Corrective Exercises. These crucial disciplines—which I overlooked in my youth—ultimately led to career-altering surgeries in hockey. This personal journey sparked my mission: Isolate - Educate - Elevate!
