I’ve been involved in the fitness community for more than 5 years, starting with my own weight-loss journey in which I lost 30+ lbs of unhealthy weight. I help busy ladies and gentlemen lose unhealthy weight, build their dream physique, maintain a flexible/fun daily diet & sustain healthy habits longterm. I also enjoy coaching a variety of group training classes ranging from strength training to HIIT-style, and everything in between.
