About Adam

Before becoming a coach I worked in the the building industry for 10 years.

Transitioning into becoming a coach, was a natural transition for me.

I was drawn to movement, I had been training and learning n the background since my early twenties.

With the knowledge I had acquired, I knew I was in a position where I could help a lot of people.

My training did a lot for me, It gave me confidence and self belief and this is what I want to give to people who I work with.
