My name is Sean and I'm an exercise physiologist/kinesiologist with a Masters of Rehabilitation Sciences. I have over a decade of coaching experience. I also teach human kinetics at the University of the Fraser Valley.
I believe in long-term lifestyle changes that help you get to your goals and stay there. I'm passionate about empowering people to succeed in their health, fitness, and rehabilitation goals. My hobbies are racing in triathlons (at a world level), reading, and learning new skills.

There are many programs out there, but the most successful ones I've found include individualized exercise programs and come with consistent coaching support over time. Finding a good fit is with your future coach is therefore important as you will be working with them on-going for months, perhaps years to come.
