About Chelsea

Chelsea is the Owner and Founder of PITYFitness, with over 12 years of experience as an ER Nurse and First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, holding more than 7 NASM certifications.

Having grown up playing softball and volleyball, Chelsea has always had a passion for fitness. Her nursing background exposed her to the consequences of neglecting health, inspiring her to shift her focus to proactive wellness through personal training.

Chelsea also earned a Youth Exercise certification to help families embrace fitness together and promote healthy habits early on.
