Movability is a joint-first training program that blends FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) mobility work with Original Strength Press Reset movement patterns to help you restore control, build usable range of motion, and move better in real life. Instead of random stretching or “more reps, more pain” workouts, Movability focuses on the stuff that actually keeps your body happy: strong joints, smooth coordination, and resilient positions. Every session is designed to improve how you move and how you feel—whether you lift, sit at a desk, train a sport, or just want your body to stop acting like it’s 90 years old. What it does Movability helps you: Take care of your joints by building strength at end ranges (not just flexibility) Improve mobility you can control—hips, shoulders, spine, ankles, wrists, and everything in between Move with less stiffness and better mechanics through simple, powerful movement resets Build long-term durability with a clear phase-by-phase plan Program structure Movability runs in 3 phases. In each phase/month, you perform 3–6 sessions per week. Most sessions are ~30 minutes, designed to fit into real schedules without sacrificing quality. Each month follows a clear joint-and-pattern focus: Day 1: Spine & Core Restore spinal motion, improve core control, and reinforce clean movement fundamentals. Day 2: Shoulders & T-Spine Open the upper back, rebuild shoulder range, and improve overhead mechanics. Day 3: Hips Develop deep hip control, stronger positions, and better gait mechanics. Day 4: Scapulae, Wrists & Elbows Bulletproof the “support system” for pressing, pulling, carrying, and daily life. Day 5: Knees, Ankles & Hips Improve lower-body alignment, stability, and foot-to-hip connection. Day 6: Long Class (60 min) — Spine & Upper Body A deeper integration session to tie everything together, rebuild posture, and reinforce total upper-body control. Who it’s for Movability is for anyone who wants to: Feel looser without getting unstable Train hard without joint drama Move better in lifting, sports, or everyday life Build a body that lasts Movability = mobility that sticks + movement that carries over. It’s not just “more range.” It’s better range, better control, better you.
