This 8 week cycle, progresses from 3 to 5 training days per week, each consisting of full body strength training and conditioning or cardio day. Training Program Details: The goal of this program is to build on foundational positions, strength, and anaerobic/aerobic conditioning. You will progress from dumbbell to barbell work. The workouts require mini bands, bands, dumbbells/kettlebells, barbell, medicine ball, suspension rings/TRX, and a box. Alternate exercises can be suggested if equipment is limited, ensuring you still get the most out of the program. *Add ons available for nutrition coaching.
Bottom Line: For those that are recovering from a shoulder surgery. Includes monthly coaching calls, weekly check ins, 2 way messaging with coach, and weekly informational material. Mandatory consultation call and monthly call to check rehab progress. Training Program Details: The program is designed to maintain strength and function during the initial phase of repair and progresses to build your shoulder to come back stronger. Every phase is designed to promote recovery and drive measurable progress, ensuring you're on track for optimal results.
