14 Years ago, I lost over 23kgs and discovered a love for weight training to keep it off.

This change of lifestyle led to me becoming a personal trainer where I could truly help people and inspire the same love of fitness in others.

I believe that if a workout is going to be tough, it should be fun as well. Whether it’s a one-on-one weight session or a boot camp of 80 people, I always inject my energetic personality and terrible dad jokes into every nuance of my sessions.
