About David

My career has not been personal training my entire life. Growing up as an athlete, starting my first career in technology, I let health slip. Over the past few years, I took upon myself to learn the ins and outs of health and fitness. I now work full time as a health and fitness coach out of Littleton, Colorado.

Having gone through the struggles of becoming healthier, I'm here to help all of you reach your goals and live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I believe that small changes add up and make a difference.
