Over the next 4 weeks you will go through a vigorous training program of what its like to train, feel, and look like an Peak City Athlete! This program is not for everyone! You were chosen and it's time to get serious about what you want to achieve. This program is for Athletes: - Who want quality training tailored specifically for their goals, body, and schedule - Who want to work towards meaningful milestones - Who want to push past barriers that hold them back. - Who wants to prove the impossible is possible
Each workout is created to increase your heart rate, burn stubborn fat, and gain that lean muscle that you are looking for. Taking breaks is encouraged, but pushing yourself to break past barriers of being tired is where you will see the most gain. Whether you are following this training phase by yourself or with a partner, you are not alone! You are following the same workouts that we program for our members inside of the gym.
