Hello! My name is Al Galeno and I have been training and coaching for about a year. I graduated from Penn State, where I was on the Fencing team, and got a degree in Industrial Engineering. Fitness has always been a major passion for me and I decided to take the leap and get certified in 2020. While I still work my full time job I am excited to provide various levels of fitness and nutrition coaching to my clients.
