This is a 4 week bodyweight training and conditioning program that involves upper body, lower body and core movements to make you stronger, toner and more functional! These workouts are short yet effective and can be completed within 20-30 minutes. I will be coaching you virtually through the Trainerize app.

This program is geared for helping youth athletes get stronger and faster using bodyweight movements and conditioning exercises to improve strength, speed, balance, coordination and explosiveness. There are 5 workouts a week, all programmed by me. Typically there are 3 strength-focused workouts and 2 conditioning focused day and 2 rest days. The rest days can also be used to make up missed workouts. Your youth athlete will be put into a group of other youth athletes and everyone follows the same program. Every 4 weeks a new "phase" will start and the workouts will change. There is a group message board so all the athletes can see who is completing their workouts. I also communicate with the group via the message board. This program will teach them how to master these movements and improve performance in their sport and build confidence! This program continues month-to-month and will be programmed and coached virtually by me!
