I specialize in helping people with back pain improve their posture and get fit without pain. I've been a personal trainer for over 8 years in Silicon Valley. My typical client works 40+ hours/week at a desk, so I've worked with a ton of people who need help improving their posture and losing weight without injuring themselves.

I love the flexibility online coaching provides my clients because most of them have very busy schedules. It allows them to make the most of the time they have to improve their health and fitness. I have 3 girls under the age of 6 and run my own business, so I understand the struggle of finding the time to exercise and knowing how to optimize that time.
