I'm Becky, a 35 year old momma of 2. I've worked in dentistry for 16 years, but I decided to turn my dream of helping other women and momma's just like me into my reality.
I'm still on my own fitness journey and for me there is no 'end goal' but to consistent and lie a healthy, balanced lifestyle always.
I want to empower women and momma's just like me who maybe don't now where to start or have lost their confidence and help them gain the knowledge they need to live and healthy lifestyle and be the best version of themselves.
