For this 6 Week KB Programme you will only need one medium weight KB, (if you have more the its a bonus) During the 6 week plan I really want you to focus on your diet, habits and training. Each of these components is really important and has its own role so it’s key we pay close attention to that. We will set Non negotiables… This one is about habits that you have to complete every single day. Some are easy, some a little bit more challenging, but none of them are crazy or unachievable. As soon as you stay on top of them you will reach your goals. There will be 4 workouts every week (around 30-45 min long) once we have completed the first week, the second week we will try to beat the previous scores (you are only competing against yourself, no one else) , 3rd week we will have 4 new workouts and so on.
