This is a 3 months course where you are not only going to be following a workout program, but learning how to build your own, so that YOU can become the expert in your own fitness! I talk to a lot of you and seems that the reasons you might not achieve your goals is you're confused or intimidated in the gym, or you start a workout, but can’t stick with it. That is why in this program you will have: -Workout calendar (with video tutorials, featuring me!) -Biweekly lessons and information on how to build your own workout, which exercises to pick and avoid, what order to follow and why, and more! -Basics concepts of fitness, so you'll feel more prepared in the gym
