Hi, I'm Meg! I graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors degree in both Health Sciences & Dietetics. Over the years I have developed a strong passion for all things health & fitness as it has become a big part of who I am. I try to look at each day as an opportunity for self betterment & an opportunity to learn something new. My goal is to help ladies reach their fitness goals + to more importantly help them feel strong & confident in their own skin.
