    This monthly Fitness Program is tailored to enhance your strength, mobility, and recovery while integrating self-care habits to support long-term wellness. Tuesday & Thursday are general cardio days do what you like go for a walk outside if the weather is nice, elliptical, stationary bike at home. Whatever cardio you enjoy do it! I’ve been helping people move, feel, and perform better since 2007, when I began personal training while earning my B.S. in Wellness Management. In 2010, I expanded my expertise by becoming a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.
