Carol's educational background includes Fitness Health & Promotion from Fanshawe College, CPTN Personal Training Certification & Body Weight Specialist Certification, ISSA Specialist in Exercise Therapy & Yoga Instructor, Precision Nutrition Certification plus participates in many workshops and courses to continue her education and stay current in a field she is passionate about.
