Iāve competed in four bodybuilding seasons and played collegiate-level sports, learning firsthand what it takes to shape both body and mindset. While I donāt come from a classroom or textbook background, Iāve spent over a decade in the trenchesātraining, learning, and coaching others through real-life transformation.
