Metabolic Strength is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program grounded in exercise science and athletic performance principles. This program is designed as a 4-day/week program with the option of being a full 6-day/week program. Metabolic Strength is built around foundational compound movements—including the squat, bench press, and deadlift while integrating Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics-based strength work, and mixed modal conditioning. I am a military wife of 12 years, mother of two (7 and 8), former educator and a certified nutrition coach with a passion for helping others find health and balance in the day to day. My own journey (Hashimotos, frequent moves, and living abroad for 8 years) allows me to empathize with your challenges and help you to build sustainable habits that support your long term goals. I work to blend practical nutrition guidance with real-life experience, making wellness accessible for busy individuals. We all need support along our journey. I would not be who I am today without the support of others.
To support my physical and mental health I have participated in many forms of exercise including lifting weights, rowing, sailing, running, and CrossFit. I have participated in CrossFit on and off since 2014. Currently, I spend more time focused on weight lifting and walking with rowing mixed in. I enjoy taking my family hiking whenever I can.
