Girls Night Out Fitness Fun is conducted in a group setting and I travel to you. We focus on full body movement combined with of a variety of training such as strength, endurance, flexibility as well other styles to aid participants become well rounded in all physical activities. Invite your friends and family for 60 mins of fitness fun with weight loss tips (Q&A). Conducted by Natasha. This event is intended to help others gain strength, build confidence and learn more about their mind, body and soul while building strength. Class duration: 1 hour Conducted at your home. One fee covers up to 8 participants. $10 for each additional guest there after. Participant consultations we will be available after the class where we will discuss your goal and a plan to get you there. (Additional fees will apply with travel outside 25 mils)

Virtual training sessions are conducted via ZOOM for both men and women. These sessions are designed to the individual seeking strength, flexibility and overall improve core balance, mobility and strength training. iNCLUDED: -1 hr virtual training in accordance to your goal. (Tell me what you'd like to learn and this will be our session) -1 script delivered via email of your training session detailing, sets, reps and any other techniques taught. -1 Video recording of our session with full commentary you can follow.
