JUST WATER. - All water must be tracked in a water tracking app, and a screenshot of the consumed amount submitted in the challenge group chat in the No Excuses app to receive credit for that day. - When you succeed (complete and track 30 days of consuming your water goal in July), you'll get your $30 back or a $30 credit to use towards future coaching!
